Understanding and selecting the right gauge for the task at hand is crucial in quality control.  This session will help you understand

Type I pull off gauges; Type II electronic gauges and the factors that can affect measurement such as surface profile, substrate thickness, surface roughness, “edge effect” and substrate composition.  Proper gauge maintenance will also be covered.  Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity for hands-on demonstration during the session.
